We send an e-notary to you for the documents that require the notarization, and your closing is completed in 15 or less minutes. Our buyers have the option to review the loan documents prior to the closing electronically providing them the opportunity to thoroughly review the documents and take the time to understand what the documents they are signing.

Some lenders or counties may still require “wet ink” signatures on the Promissory Note, Mortgage, or Deed. Either way, we will work to make this a painless and efficient experience for all parties involved in the deal. We work on your timeline, and at your convenience.
We have our fingers crossed for legislation to pass in 2019 that will allow for remote notarization that will allow video notarization from any location in the world!
